This demonstrates the interface; it does not establish a successful real-cloud connection or repair. It moves through the incident list, one incident's detail, the agent activity trail with a step expanded, the pipeline view and the approval gate. It is a guided tour of those screens, not a click-by-click tutorial, and no change is released in it.
