A fix release for risk-exception requests. No schema change and no new route or setting; risk decision rows carry one new read-only field.
Self-approval offered only to the sole approver
- A requester no longer sees "Approve as the only approver" while someone else can decide. The requester's own view of a risk-acceptance request offered that button (and, once expired, "Reject as the only approver") even in a workspace with other approvers; the server refused it with 409. Each decision row now carries
sole_approver, computed with the same rule the approval uses, and the buttons show only when it is true. Otherwise the view reads "Your request — another approver signs it off."
