0.1.175 — 30 October 2026

A wording fix for standard changes and compliance findings. No schema change, no new route or setting.

• A standard change reads pre-approved. The change page's Tier line says "pre-approved (certified runbook)" and Approvals says "Pre-approved — no approval needed (standard change)" instead of an approver count. Normal and emergency changes are unchanged.
• The class reason calls a compliance finding a finding ("Emergency: a P1 finding", "released under the standard rules even for a P1 finding"); an operational incident keeps "incident". Reasons already stored on older changes keep their text.
